About the Company:

Until is a moonshot company building a “pause button” for biology. Our near-term focus is organ-scale reversible cryopreservation: preserving donated organs at subzero temperatures without ice formation, then rewarming them uniformly for transplant. By solving this grand challenge, we’re laying the foundation for whole-body reversible cryopreservation, giving patients a bridge to future cures.


To achieve our goal, we are assembling an interdisciplinary team to develop perfusion systems, cryoprotectant formulations, and vitrification and rewarming hardware.


We envision a future where no transplantable organ is lost to logistics, and no terminal diagnosis is final because patients can safely wait for future medicine to arrive.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and mission-driven Executive Assistant & Office Manager to help keep our team and leadership running smoothly. This is a hands-on, on-site role reporting to our Head of Operations that blends day-to-day office operations with direct support for our C-suite. 

You’ll be part of the connective tissue of the office—helping to create a productive, welcoming environment for the team while ensuring our executives are enabled to focus on high-impact work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in building systems that scale.

What You'd Do:

  • Provide high-touch administrative support to our C-suite, including: calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, meeting coordination and follow-ups, and arranging travel

  • Own day-to-day office operations in collaboration with Operations team members, including office layout and organization, grocery and office supply orders, etc

  • Jump in on special projects as needed—this role will evolve along with the company

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or similar roles
  • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Strong sense of ownership and reliability; you follow through and get things done

  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior executives or founders

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
